We shape and bake all of our breads from scratch every day. Because of the nature of baking in a brick oven. the timing of when particular breads are baked varies. 
All of our breads are on the shelves by 11:00 a.m., with yeasted breads such as baguette, batard and ciabatta coming out last. Here is our current week's offering.
